Patenting business methods in North America

The case for international legislative framework governing the Web
During the course of my duties during the M.Sc. e-commerce, I looked at some work on the utopia of regulating the Web, through separate international and treated as in cyberspace, an area framed by supranational treaties such as those governing the oceans, Antarctica and the Moon and celestial bodies.
